Terms of Service

By accessing or using any Kutunova Labs service — including kutunovalabs.com, dhruvid.com, and all associated products — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated with a revised effective date.

Kutunova Labs provides developer infrastructure products including authentication APIs, billing tools, hosting services, monitoring, communication, and domain management platforms — operating under the Kutunova Labs and Dhruvid brands.

Some products are in active development or early access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice where feasible. We are not liable for interruptions resulting from planned or unplanned maintenance, infrastructure failures, or circumstances outside our control.

Where account creation is required, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must not share access credentials or use another person's account without authorisation.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at legal@kutunovalabs.com.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive or unlawful activity, or represent a security risk to our systems or other users.

You agree not to use our services to:

— Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights — Infringe intellectual property rights — Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or abusive content — Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or those of any third party — Conduct credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, or automated abuse — Distribute malware, phishing content, or spam — Reverse engineer or decompile our products except as permitted by law — Resell or sublicense access to our services without prior written agreement

We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict access, or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these terms.

Paid services are billed as described at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay (for users in India and selected regions) or Stripe (for international users). By making a payment, you also agree to the applicable payment processor's terms.

All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies in your jurisdiction.

We do not store full payment card details. Refund eligibility is subject to the terms communicated at the time of purchase.

All content, software, designs, trademarks, and documentation provided by Kutunova Labs are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our services for your internal business or personal purposes. This does not include the right to resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from our products without written permission.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit may be used by us without obligation or compensation.

Our services integrate with or link to third-party providers including Cloudflare, Razorpay, Stripe, Zeptomail, and OpenProvider. Kutunova Labs is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third parties. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet any specific performance standard.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kutunova Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your own country or region. Residents of the EU, UK, Australia, and other jurisdictions retain applicable local consumer rights regardless of this governing law clause.
